Keep as many lists as you like (home, work, groceries), each with its own colour and icon.
Give tasks due dates and times, priorities, tags, checklists and repeats (daily, weekly, monthly or every few days). See what's overdue, due today and coming up, or open My day for everything due across all your lists. Export a list to CSV.
Your lists are private. To share one, give someone a code. They send a request, and you decide whether they can view it or also add and edit tasks. Assign tasks to members, and remove anyone at any time.
Use your pharone.com account — password, Google or Discord.
