Track income and expenses in as many private journals as you like, now in the new Productivity section.

Ledger: an open ledger book with income and expense columns, a gold pen and glowing charts

PHARONE.COM has a new Productivity section, and its first app is Ledger: a simple, private finance journal for your everyday money.

Create as many journals as you like, one for the household, one for a trip, one for a side hustle, and track both expenses and income in each. Every entry gets a date, amount, category, payee or source, plus optional notes and tags. Filter and search your entries, check the monthly summary, and export to CSV whenever you need a spreadsheet.

The Reports page shows where your money goes by category, how income compares with spending over the last six months, and how you're doing against an optional monthly budget.

Your journals are private. Nobody else can see them, not even site admins. If you want to share one, say with a partner or a roommate, you can give them a share code. Entering the code only sends a request: they can't see anything until you approve it, and you choose whether they can just view or also add and edit entries. You can see everyone linked to your journals and remove anyone at any time.

Ledger works with your existing PHARONE.COM account, whether you sign in with a password, Google or Discord. Head to Productivity in the menu and open Ledger to start your first journal.
